  3. Jigsaur Sports is a badminton community app for discovering sessions, joining games, managing groups, and connecting with players. Organisers may share session links or QR codes that direct you to our Website or app so you can view details, register, check in, and manage your participation.
  4. By accessing, navigating and using the Services and/or Website or otherwise dealing with Jigsaur Sports, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Jigsaur Sports Privacy Policy located at https://jigsaur.app/privacy. If you do not agree to these Terms, then you must cease using the Services or the Website.
  5. Jigsaur Sports may amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. By continuing to use the Website, mobile app, and/or Services, you will be deemed to have accepted any revised terms from the date that they are published on the Website.
  6. Jigsaur Sports reserves its rights to investigate and take appropriate legal action for any Illegal and/or unauthorised use of the Services, the Website or breach of these Terms.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

You agree not to use the Service to upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. We maintain a zero tolerance policy for abusive behavior, harassment, hate speech, or any conduct that creates an unsafe environment for others.

You agree that by using the Services you consent to Jigsaur Sports sending you electronic messages. We will only send you messages we consider for the provision of services to you as a customer.

You acknowledge that Jigsaur Sports does not guarantee that any of the information displayed on its Website or app, including session details, venues, prices, availability, times, photos, organiser notes, and group information, is accurate and Jigsaur Sports is not liable for any errors in representation.
  5. You acknowledge that Jigsaur Sports acts as a platform between players and organisers and is not liable if an organiser provides incorrect information.
  6. You agree to take responsibility for the security of access to your account by using a strong password to prevent unauthorised access to the account, and by not sharing login details with any other person.

Our content and access

  1. Jigsaur Sports makes all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information about events and announcement available on the Website are accurate and correct, although we do not warrant that it is accurate, adequate or complete.
  2. You acknowledge and accept that the Website content may include incorrect information, technical inaccuracies and typographical errors. You acknowledge and accept that the Services and the Website will, from time to time, change without notice to you and that the content of the Website may not necessarily be accurate or up to date at the time you view it.
